Los Postres, meaning "desserts" in Spanish, is a unique sweet shop located on Redwood Highway in Grants Pass, Oregon. Since 2021, Los Postres has served authentic Mexican desserts, ice cream, shaved ice, and various sweet and savory Mexican snacks.

Owned and operated by Gabby Guizar, a woman and veteran with over 23 years of experience in the food industry, Los Postres was created to bring something new and enjoyable to the Grants Pass community.

The menu includes traditional favorites like tres leches cake and homemade flan. It also features unique treats such as Frutas Locas (a fresh fruit salad with chamoy sauce and Tajin), Mexican street corn, and churros. Fresh fruit bowls and juices are also available.

Los Postres provides a welcoming atmosphere, and its team is dedicated to providing excellent service. Catering services are available for special events. Options include customized dessert tables and an extensive menu.
